Introduce
ChengLoong paper manufacturing and recycling factory was built around the end of 2016, the wastewater treatment system was completed in the second quarter of 2018 and has been in stable operation, designed capacity of 20,000CMD

Technological process includes

IC tanks  → Aerobic → microbial sedimentation → FBR-Fenton → Discharge (Column A QCVN 40:2011)

Microbiological treatment system constructed by HaiSun company, after microbiology CODt < 150mg/l

FBR-Fenton is supplied by EVER-CLEAR ENVIRONMENTAL ENG., CORP

After FBR-Fenton CODt < 50mg/l

Advantage
If you have used 2nd level physical chemistry (after the microbial sedimentation tank) but still cannot reach column A of QCVN 40/2011, or cannot reach below 50mg/l (in case you have to multiply the coefficient), then FBR-Fenton is the choice. No.1.

 Your system is overloaded, or needs to increase capacity to 30-40% but does not want to invest in expanding the anaerobic or aerobic system... then FBR-Fenton placed behind the existing microbiological system is the choice. No.1.

The system needs to reuse water, you want to bring COD below 30mg/l and have a headache handling the concentrated water with high COD concentration after RO. To minimize operating costs, FBR-Fenton will be the number 1 choice.

Application
You are using traditional tank-type Fenton to treat COD, color from B to A. YOU CAN SAVE AT LEAST 0.3USD/m3 in operating costs IF USING FBR-Fenton to replace tank-type Fenton. If your system is 1,000m3/24h, you can save at least 7,000,000VND/Day and at least you can save more than 2 billion VND/year in operating costs. Within 2-3 years Initial investment fees can be recovered.
